Who we are
Singtall Studio is an independent audio software developer based in the United States. Our website is singtallstudio.com. You can contact us at hello@singtallstudio.com.
What data we collect
We collect only the data you provide directly to us.
Email address — if you sign up for our mailing list. We use this to send product updates, new release announcements, and occasional discounts. We do not send marketing from third parties.
Purchase and account data — if you buy a plugin, subscribe, or sign in to get the free Singtall EQ Pro, your account, payment and order information is handled by Moonbase, our licensing provider and merchant of record. We receive your email address and order details to deliver your license and provide support. We do not store payment card details.
License activation — to start a free trial or activate a license, the plugin sends Moonbase your computer's name and a device signature (a one-way hash of your computer's ID and name), so a license stays tied to the computers you activate. The plugin contacts Moonbase only for trials, activation, and when you refresh or deactivate a license. Our plugins collect nothing else: no audio, no projects, no usage tracking.
How we use your data
Your email address is used only to send you information you signed up for — product updates, new releases, and occasional discounts — or to deliver a product you purchased. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
MailerLite manages our mailing list and sends emails on our behalf. MailerLite stores subscriber email addresses. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Their privacy policy: mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Moonbase (Moonbase AS, Norway) is our licensing provider and merchant of record. Purchases, subscriptions and license activations are processed by Moonbase. Their privacy policy: moonbase.sh/privacy-policy.
Cloudflare provides DNS and content delivery for our website. Cloudflare may log basic request data such as IP addresses and request timestamps as part of normal network operations. Their privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Netlify hosts our website and may collect standard web server logs. Their privacy policy: netlify.com/privacy.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. MailerLite may set a functional cookie when you interact with a signup form, solely to prevent duplicate submissions. No advertising networks or tracking pixels are present on this site.
Data retention
We retain your email address on our mailing list until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email from us, or by emailing hello@singtallstudio.com. Purchase records are retained as required for tax and legal compliance.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@singtallstudio.com. We will respond within 30 days.
